STIMULACTOR® for Camels

Instead of technical and mechanical parameters, it is now the needs of the dairy animals and the persons handling them that are of prime importance. Nature is our ideal and shows us how milking works.


Traditionally camels only let down milk when their calf feeds. StimuLactor can do it without the calf and without physical effort.


A combination of different components as the actuator’s rythmic up and down movements, a nature-oriented vacuum of 36 kPa and specifically designed and manufactured silicone liners make it possible.

StimuLactor makes individual quarter milking possible without the hassle of clawpieces. The teat cups hang freely and can perfectly adjust to all different udder shapes and sizes, as well as to various teat shapes and dimensions by virtue of the specially-designed liners.

Through easy handling of light teat cups, StimuLactor ensures maximum operating comfort. Especially with sensitive or nervous animals the individual milk tubes are an advantage, as the milker can safely attach the teat cups one by one. In case of a kicked off teat cup it can simply be reattached.

Flaccid and loose udders at the end of milking serve as visible proof. Warm and well perfused teats assure the proper functioning of the teat canal as natural barrier against infections. This is clearly reflected by favorable somatic cell counts and teat conditions.

Whether the animal is a camel or a cow - only empty udders are healthy udders.

Smooth milk transport

Optimally positioned teat cups with individual milk tubes are necessary to achieve a high milking level and to keep animals healthy. The actuator’s movement, which is transmitted to the teat cups and the udder, is the secret of complete milking.

In association with a periodical air inlet, the actuator’s stimulation guarantees an optimal emptying of the mammary glands.

Much like the calf suckles, StimuLactor works with a sequential pulsation: going round and round - moving from one teat to the next. The milk benefits from this through a smoother removal.

The calf’s natural behaviour is also imitated by the actuator’s as well as the silicone liner’s specific movements. Consequently, StimuLactor achieves milk ejection without the presence of the calf. The she-camels are calm and relaxed and the milk production becomes much more hygienic.
