Introducing an innovative company
2022
DLG Innovation Gold medal and Animal Welfare Award for our world novelty STIMULOR STRESSLESS and its wave-shaped lip construction.
2020
STIMULACTOR for CAMELS is now also in use abroad.
2017
The BIO-MILKER® FLOW, a further development of the proven Bio-Milker milking cluster, impresses with its double guided clawpiece, robustness and reduced wear parts.
2016
First time use of the STIMULACTOR: Simply excellent milking - even in more confined spaces!
2014
Development start of a milking system for camels. We also work with animals that are difficult to milk.
2013-2014
First time use in everyday practice and further development of the milking taxi GALACTOR®.
2010
The DLG (German Agricultural Society) Gold Medal for our milking taxi Galactor®. We work on an integrated system with transport of the operator, milking guidance and automated milking parlour cleaning.
2006
The DLG Gold Medal for our semi-automatic MULTILACTOR® milking system. This cup storage magazine without clawpiece swings in automatically and ensures efficient milking through mechanical stimulation during pre-milking and the main milking phase and through controlled periodical air inlet; intermediate cleaning and disinfection is included.
2005
MELKMEISTER® - positioning of the milking cluster to adjust to the movements of the cow.
2001
Quarter clawpiece with coaxial air inlet per quarter for improved milk flow characteristics.
1999
Procedure and device for automatic milk sort-out per individual quarter and vacuum control with integrated flake detection.
We made it possible to use silicone as a practical, durable material for the short milk hose and created the rubberless milking cluster.
1996
We patented a procedure for fully automatic control of the pressure on the teat tip during milking by way of the milk flow and/or pulsator. Too much strain on the teat tissue has a substantially adverse effect on udder health.
1994
We demanded cleaning the entire teat cup liner head – inside and outside – and implemented our hygienic requirements for thorough cleaning with our product TURBO-WASHER.
1993
We found the solution for milk flow sensors without vacuum loss. Of course, the switch-points can be reliably selected over the entire range.
1987-1991
Our patented solutions for milk flow and milk amount metering point to new directions in milk yield recording. LactoCorder® is the key element in the Bavarian milk flow curve pilot project.
1981-1984
We invented the vibration procedure and succeeded in providing fully-fledged pre-stimulation through modification of the pulsator. Simple and reliable – stimOpulS.
1974-1991
We patented the fundamental steps for a superior teat cup liner design. The special design and a silicone material that took many years to develop represent a perfect synthesis resulting in a hitherto unmatched milk yield. The adjustment to udder shape, teat position and teat diameter as well as the gentle tissue treatment are convincing solutions. Of course, preparing for milking readiness is included.
1965-1986
We partially patented the technology for milking with valve-controlled, periodic air inlet resulting both in long-term superior milk yield and maximum udder protection and handiness. The corresponding product is called BIO-MILKER®. So far, it has been standing up to any standard milking unit.
