MULTILACTOR® –
The R-Evolution in milking technology
MultiLactor® is the key device of an innovative milking system which sets new benchmarks in milking technology. It is the first system that shifts priority from technical parameters to the needs of cows and operators. Individual quarter milking without clawpiece, high ground clearance without adverse torsional, leverage or tensile forces.
Teat cup attachment
After the cow is identified, MultiLactor swings automatically into attachment position in front of the udder:
Convenient attachment – single-handed and without strain to the operator’s back. Only 300g per work step! Teat cups do not contact the parlour floor. Gentle preliminary stimulation relaxes the cow for full milk let-down.
Milking process
The actuator provides stimulation throughout milking and without irritating the teats.
Teat cup independence ensures an absolutely uniform weight distribution. A low vacuum and sequential pulsation to each quarter provide for gentle milking and perfect yield. The technique leads to a significant reduction in cup weight. On balance: MultiLactor milks the way a calf sucks.
End of milking
Teat cup removal from the udder is gentle and fully automatic, without cups contacting the floor. At the end of the milking session, the cups retract conveniently into the magazine. There are no entangled clusters after the milking process.
Cleaning
Fully automatic cleaning and disinfection: The cup storage magazine swings out and tips over for disinfection in between sessions. Disinfectants and water are collected and disposed off properly. The milking unit is disinfected perfectly both on the outside and inside. At the end of the cycle, it swings back into park position. MultiLactor eliminates the risk of transmitting bacterial pathogens from teat to teat or from cow to cow – thanks to individual quarter milking and disinfection in between sessions.
